Chatting with Vol.10 and graduate students from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine about community hospitals and standardized training

The guest invited for this episode is a graduate of Beijing Chinese Medicine University - Sofa (Sofa's account on Beginner Center Forum is @mojie, feel free to reach out to her).

Sofa graduated just 23 years ago with a master's degree and has been working in a community hospital for over half a year. In this episode, we will discuss the employment experience of community hospitals that many Chinese medicine students are concerned about. We will also talk about many topics related to residency training and choosing mentors, which are of great concern to everyone.
